Assessing the impact of information technology on human resource practices: evidence from organisations in Ghana

Information technology (IT) is universally regarded as an essential tool in enhancing the competitiveness of economy a country. There consensus that IT has significant effects on productivity firms. This study focused how modern information impacts effectiveness and efficiency HR practices. Human resource management (HRM) practitioners generally use form human system (HRIS) for purposes decision-making field HR. Results revealed awareness various HR-related software, despite fact these software programs are costly, they, at same time, generate terrific benefits.
